The owners of this property loved the ease of tile in wet seasons, but loved the look of hardwood. They ultimately decided to go with a tile that had the appearance of hardwood. They loved that tile is scratch resistant, doesn’t warp in dry climates and is waterproof. This project consisted of demoing out all of the old tile on the main floor and replacing it with the new tile. This tile is called Aequa Tur by Arizona Tile.
