The owners of this property were moving into a new build home, but didn’t want builder grade flooring. They were planning on living at this home for many years to come, therefore they decided to go with great quality flooring throughout the home. This project consisted of installing new tile (all the bathrooms, entry way from the garage, and the laundry room), installing carpet (throughout the basement, master bedroom and office), and installing hardwood (foyer, dining room, living room, kitchen and hallways). The home owners chose tile from two different manufacturers (Dal Tile and Florida Tile), a pattern carpet from Fabrica, and high end hardwood flooring from Palo Duro.
