The owner of this property was getting it ready for new renter. They had decided that they wanted vinyl to extend from the entryway to the dining room and kitchen, and have carpet in the living room hallway and bedrooms. The project consisted of demoing out the old sheet vinyl in kitchen and old carpet throughout, and replacing it with new luxury vinyl and new carpet. This carpet is called Something Sweet by Shaw and the luxury vinyl glue down product by Earthworks.
