This property was a fix and flip. The investors wanted to update the carpet throughout the house and vinyl in the laundry room. They chose a good quality pattern carpet to give the feel of the home a more personal touch and chose a sheet vinyl for the laundry room. The project consisted of demoing out the old carpet and replacing it with new carpet, and installing a glue down sheet vinyl on the existing concrete in the laundry room. This carpet is called Faux Paw by Anderson Tuftex and the sheet vinyl is a glue down product by Armstrong.
