The owners of this property were looking to update the look of their home for an upcoming sale. This beautiful property is located on a golf course and they wanted to get top dollar for their sale, so they went with a higher quality pattern carpet. The property originally had several carpets styles, colors and textures. By choosing a timeless pattern carpet and having the same carpet throughout the home, they were able to achieve the drastic update they were looking for. This project included demoing out all of the old carpet in the basement, on the main floor and upper level. Then installing new carpet in its place. This pattern carpet is called Knickknack by Anderson Tuftex.
