The owners of this property were getting their home ready to sell. They had existing hardwood floors that were unable to be refinished, due to wear and tear over time. They didn’t want to spend the money to replace the hardwoods, therefore they decided to choose a glue down luxury vinyl to cover the existing floor. The project consisted of installing the new luxury vinyl over the existing floor. This luxury vinyl is called Energy Flex by TruCore.
