It was very convenient to schedule a showroom appointment. Bryan took a lot of time explaining the various types of carpet available, and the selection was very large. I was able to bring a sample home with me to make sure I got the color right. Measurement was scheduled a few days later, and installation followed in 2 weeks. The installers were perfectionists! I am delighted with the result. I replaced a tired shag carpet with a much tighter weave carpet, and it looks beautiful.
